Martina has led global pricing optimisation at Wise considering both product value and financial implications. She has also driven machine-learning initiatives in the startup sector, focusing on maximising profitability and now is leading pricing at Deel.

Ekaterina Solomeina is a creative director, entrepreneur and TEDx speaker. Before starting Future London Academy 11 years ago, she worked with agencies and in-house teams, including Microsoft, Nike and Samsung and creative legends like Donatella Versace and Wolff Olins Co-founder Michael Wolff.
