Ever noticed how the path from designer to C-level can feel like navigating uncharted territory?

After years of working with incredible design leaders, we saw that brilliant creative minds often struggle to speak the language of business. That's why we created our Design Leaders programme – a space where senior designers can master the business side of design, building the confidence to shape company decisions at the highest level.

About the event

The old, top-down approach to leadership doesn't work any more. What we need is a more flexible, creative approach – one that empowers people to do their best work, rather than tells them to do so.

Join our free webinar with Rama Gheerawo, President at IIX Create, to learn why the success of future businesses relies on mastering three key principles: creativity, clarity and empathy.

Rama will share how to design the 21st-century organisation through Creative Leadership and provide a success blueprint that works for companies of all sizes – from small businesses to global corporations.

You will learn:

  • What Creative Leadership is and why it is important

  • 3 Values of Creative Leadership

  • Examples of where it happens and what happens when it is not there

    About the speaker
