About the speaker

Over the past 30 years, Emma has successfully combined a broad design portfolio with education and research projects. She enables individuals to tap into their innate creativity and apply it, not just to produce creative work but also to develop skills in self-advocacy, communication and leadership.

For the last nine years, she has focused 
on neurodiversity strategy coaching, working with clients such as Universal 
Music Group, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ernst & Young, 
and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, among others. She adapts working practices for 
the neurodivergent community, helping them reach their full potential.

Ekaterina Solomeina is a creative director, entrepreneur and TEDx speaker. Before starting Future London Academy 11 years ago, she worked with agencies and in-house teams, including Microsoft, Nike and Samsung and creative legends like Donatella Versace and Wolff Olins Co-founder Michael Wolff.

Ekaterina is a creative director, entrepreneur and TedX speaker. She worked as a Creative Director with a variety of agencies and in-house teams, including Microsoft, Nike and Samsung and creative legends like Donatella Versace and Michael Wolff (Co-Founder of Wolff Olins), collaborated with product leaders from Uber, Wise, Amazon, Arrival and more.
