Over the last 20 years, she's served on a variety of projects as a researcher, designer, and engineer, spun a business out of IDEO, boomeranged back to nurture IDEO's Play Lab, and recently transitioned into her new role as the Executive Managing Director of IDEO's San Francisco studio where she is tasked with cultivating a thriving culture, creative community, and flourishing business.
